To help solve the problems of hunger on one hand and food wastage on the other, Friends of Jr. Space Camp helped bridge the gap by participating in The Bread Run on August 25, organized by Feeding Hong Kong (FHK), and collected fresh bread from bakery stores across Hong Kong at closing time. The Bread Runners picked up unsold items and then delivered them to a designated FHK drop-off point. All Bread Run donations were redistributed by the FHK charity network and delivered to those in need the following morning.
